Benchmark Group has completed yet another project in Kaliningrad for winding of an underwater sea cable and its delivery to a storage location by means of Cometto MSPE self-propelled transporters.
Our experts were tasked with winding the cable on a special spool and set the winded spool on top of supports at the storage location.
Cable length: 6 km
Spool weight: 25 t
Total weight of the cable and spool: 260 t
Two of our Cometto MSPE 6/4-2.43-48 self-propelled transporters with digital controls were used for the project. Each of them had an installed propulsion power unit.
Our experts performed the set tasks professionally and within the due term.
