A new direction for the activities of the company, with some projects already successfully completed, is purchase and sale of new and deep modernization of used press-forging machinery of leading international manufacturers at factories in Italy and South Korea and its delivery to end users together with commissioning works and warranties for the supplied equipment.
Realization of projects for modernization and supply of used press-forging machinery involves:
- Purchasing used machinery across the world;
- Deliveries to the repair factories in Italy and South Korea;
- Trial assemblies and interim acceptance of the machinery at the repair factories by our engineers;
- Overhaul and modernization of the machinery;
- Final acceptance at the results of performed works;
- Manufacturing of die sets according to drawings of the Customer;
- Adaptation of software for Russia;
- Delivery to Russia;
- Installation and commissioning works;
- Customer support until the machinery achieves its full capacity;
- Provision of a warranty (1 year); Today, our company has successfully completed its project at an enterprise in Kirov for delivery and further installation of a Smeral LZK 4 000 press.
Its total weight estimates 260 tons.
In this project, we have realized a full range of our services, from purchase in Malasia, modernization in South Korea and multimodal delivery (sea, road and railway transportation) with application of our own hydraulic SPMT axles, to unloading and placement of the equipment into its design position by means of an SBL1100 portal system and commissioning.
